The history and culture of St. Petersburg knows no borders. At the beginning of the XVIII century, a shipyard was laid on the banks of the Neva River, on the site of which a large complex of Admiralty buildings later appeared, which have survived to this day. Its main object is a building with a spire, which is crowned by a golden ship (the famous "Admiralty needle").
